Does someone need to be home to sign for my wine or whisky delivery?

Yes. By law, all alcohol shipments require the signature of an adult aged 21 or older. We recommend shipping to a business address if no one will be home during the day.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our cellar.

What is your return policy for corked or damaged bottles?

If you receive a bottle that is corked or damaged, please contact us within 30 days. We offer replacements or store credit for verified product defects, provided the bottle is at least three-quarters full.

Can you ship to all 50 states?

State laws regarding the shipment of alcohol vary significantly. Currently, we can ship to most states, but some restrictions apply to specific regions. Please check our shipping calculator at checkout for availability.

How do you ensure the safety of rare and vintage bottles during transit?

We use specialized, impact-resistant packaging designed specifically for glass bottles. During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may hold your shipment in our temperature-controlled facility to prevent weather-related damage.
