The mouth follows on from the nose, with the structure of the Pinot Noir leaving a convincing vinosity at the finish. Medium to full-bodied, chiseled and precise, it's seamless and textural, with a notably elegant, fine-boned profile by the standards of this habitually vinous, broad-shouldered cuvée.
