Cume do Avia No 10 Colleita Branco 2022

Lovely lemon and peach aromas with hints of honeysuckle and white pepper, super fresh, light-bodied, airy, silky on the palate, a wine you want to drink a lot of. 2022-11-25 after one week open, mint cool, with notes of kiwi and pear, some astringence, still a pleasure.

Both Colleita red and white achieve the same brilliant balance of refreshing lightness with complexity and intensity of fruit. And both are from native varieties that Diego and his brothers have planted on this magical hillside. Colleita simply means vintage and each version is numbered since the first commercial release NÂș 6 in 2018. 2021 will be NÂș 9.

Fermented in part inox and part chestnut with part whole bunches and part de-stemmed and pressed direct to tank. Temperature lightly controlled to avoid exceeding 23ÂșC. Usually around 10 to 15 days. Malo is allowed to happen (and it keeps great, great acidity). With wild yeasts and no addition of sulfites.
