Fermented with native yeasts in cement vats, without temperature control. Bottled straight from the vats. Perhaps Dettoriās most recognized Cannonau, Tuderi is Badde Nigolosuās in a glass layers of ripe wild berries are wrapped in Mediterranean herbs, olive tapenade, rosemary and thyme, and followed by a vibrant backbone of crushed stones.
