"Clos du Puy" is a single-plot cuvĂ©e from Domaine des Pothiers in AOC CĂŽte Roannaise. Made from Gamay Saint-Romain planted on granite soil, this clos enjoys an exceptional microclimate and a beautiful south-eastern exposure. It will pair well with a CĂŽte Ă l'os de bĆuf Charolais or pork cheeks with beer, honey and sage.
