Produced from over-ripe single terroir agaves grown the chalky, calcium-carbonate rich soils of Vista Hermosa Michoacán at around 5,000 feet in altitude. Bold minerality with bright citrus notes and ever-present creamy cooked agave. Rested for 2 years prior to release. 100% agave, Verified Additive Free by Tequila Matchmaker.
With cooked agave, basil, tarragon, orange peel, bold minerality and floral notes followed by preserved Meyer lemon citrus notes, there is a light salinity that provides a great salty-sweet balance to the honeyed agave flavors. Full-bodied and lingering both in sweetness and citrus oils.
