Domaine Guy Robin is a 50-acre family domaine in the heart of Chablis. The estate makes Grand and Premier Cru Chablis from a dozen appellations. Patriarch Guy Robin runs the estate with his son Jean-Pierre and his wife Marie-Ange Robin.
Aromas of crushed shells, white flowers, light honey, and lemon zest. Silky and broad yet still precise, intense; quince, citrus salad, sea salt. Pairs well with regional goats' cheese, chicken in mushroom sauce, seared ahi tuna or other rich, fresh fish.
